Go to market, select the freshest food that you can find, be creative with your menu, and when preparing your food turn on some nice music and carefully dance around or hum. Music can help relieve stress. Once everything is ready, slowly enjoy every bite.

.Learn from children—You had a childhood, and it has not gone anywhere, it continues to live in each and every one. Communicate with kids, watch how they interact with the world, (it revives your memories) and at some point it will help you to see life through their eyes, without the painful life experiences and prejudices you have developed as an adult. Children does not hurry, they live in the present. They try to forgive and heal, they do not keep negative memories of who spank them. Allow yourself to be a child sometimes. Don't go about life keeping malice and always keeping a straight face, in all Don't Be Too Serious.

In order to understand what you are really good at and would love to do it, you have to find the time to try different options. These moments will add meaning to your life in ways that you can not express in words.

You go to a museum in the morning, then to amusement park, you carry on to the cinema and to the theater in the evening. Everything get mixed up, so there is no chance to understand or appreciate what you are doing in full, it all result into body weakness and fatigue. When you focus on one thing, the quality of the experience is completely different. That amusement park will leave a breath taking feeling of excitement about life for the whole day, and the cinema or theater will encourage to reflect on the ideas of the plot or on your own life.
